Shipping & Handling
We take great care to ensure that when you purchase products from Attica, you'll receive your goods within reasonable timeframe and inline with the delivery estimate provided against the product in our product pages. Please note: All deliveries are subject to stock availability and waiting times vary based on the type of product ordered and the delivery address.
When will I receive my product?
- We have numerous partner suppliers for furniture and décor plus our own product range. Each supplier will dispatch your order according to their own schedule. Please refer to the "product page" for the dispatch details you're interested in (for each respective item) and the "days until dispatch" will be mentioned there. Eg: "Leaves partner warehouse in 5-7 business days".
- The majority of products are shipped from either Sydney or Melbourne warehouses or from our own storage facility.
- Once you have placed your order, Attica will action it the very same day; we either notify our supplier to send it directly to you or if it’s one of Attica’s products, we pack & box it and post it within 4 business days.
Where do you deliver to?
- We deliver Australia-wide but with a few exceptions. Whenever the delivery requires shipping to a small island or to very remote parts of Australia we occasionally will not deliver. However, if you’re in a non-delivery area please just call Attica on 1300 754 700 and we'll provide a shipping quote for you.
- Delivery areas include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and all capital cities. We also deliver to regional areas in all states however deliveries to regional WA, NT and SA are limited.
How are your Shipping Prices Calculated?
- We have our own in-built shipping system based on weights and postcodes. Smaller items cost less to deliver than larger items. Items sent to Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane cost less than deliveries to Perth or Hobart, again due to the lower delivery costs to locations near Sydney.
- Quick Shipping Quote - To calculate shipping, simply select the item you like and press the [Add to Cart] button. Scroll down and the shipping cost will be displayed. The shipping quote is based on the exact location for your computer at that time. If your item is to be delivered to an alternative address (not your current location), continue to the checkout and once your delivery address is entered with a postcode the new shipping amount will show.
- Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of Artwork. Artwork is custom-made and hence the extended delivery times.
Delivery of Multiple Items
- Where multiple items have been ordered at once, they’ll often be shipped from different locations and hence will arrive at different times. When ordering both furniture and décor, in this instance you’ll likely receive your décor first and then the furniture a few days later, this is normal but rest assured you will receive your goods.
- Unfortunately we cannot be liable for any loss as a result of a late delivery of your order and will not entitle you to cancel your order. If we are late, feel free however to let us know and we'll endeavor to do what we can to hasten delivery.
